The Institute of Social and Cultural Engineering (ISCE) is an independent research think tank dedicated to addressing pressing social, cultural, socio-economic, and political issues both globally and within India. Based in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, ISCE focuses on rigorous research and analysis to inform and improve domestic welfare policies. Our mission encompasses policy evaluation and practical implementation strategies, enabling us to translate theory into actionable solutions. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative methodologies, ISCE aims to foster a deeper understanding of complex societal dynamics, advocate for meaningful change, and contribute to a more equitable future for all.
